Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies can be found under each stylist’s bio and vary at the stylist’s discretion. We kindly ask you read each individual’s policy prior to booking to avoid any misunderstandings. For cancellations and rescheduling, contact your stylist directly using the preferred contact method listed under their bio.

Please note, as we operate by appointment only, emails are checked daily. Voicemails may experience longer response times due to fluctuating business hours.

Your Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to reschedule or shorten your appointment, due to any possible scheduling conflicts. Parking is available in front of the salon and on the side streets.
